Cohesio Group and Bolloré Logistics partner to deploy AMR solution for luxury retail brand.
As a major multinational business, Bolloré had a major reputation to live up to. When their new luxury client needed a quick and efficient fulfilment service, it was only natural to turn to Cohesio Group to discuss how the Geek+ Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) solution could benefit all three parties involved.
The project included 28 AMRs in Bolloré Logistics' Sydney warehouse, facilitating the efficient delivery of luxury goods across various brands via multiple e-commerce platforms and retail outlets across Australia and New Zealand. The AMR project was able to reduce space cost by increasing storage density and minimise operational costs by delivering efficient picking and high throughput.
Bolloré's AMR deployment is already a success in the sense that it is the first 3PL business in NSW to automate its operations through AMR, and the first to use robots in high-end retail goods processing. The luxury retail solution takes Australia one step further down the path to embracing automation. To read the full case study, download it below.
