VoiceID’s journey commenced just over four years ago as a team striving to make a difference to the ‘old school’ industry in which we operated. We were very clear in our approach; that we would challenge industry norms, offer value above and beyond what’s expected and ensure that our partnerships would always be of mutual benefit. These strong values have led us to grow at a rapid rate.
Three years on, we decided to invest in marketing with the view to take our little brand further, a brand that clearly articulates our vision and addresses our position in the market beyond a Voice and RF systems integrator to one that can create true movement and transformation by using the right people, the right technology and the right approach.
The aim is to better align with our philosophy and offering and foster engagement with our customers and partners.
We have so many ideas that at times, we need to contain ourselves! So, as a part of our new brand positioning, we sought feedback from our customers and our team and, as we do on most occasions, made a swift and confident decision to embrace a brand name change.
